5. MISCELLANEOUS This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All text, graphic and photographic content displayed in this web site has been cleared for use, and is either owned by Web Portal Design Corp. or is displayed under the rights and privileges granted under fair use pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 107 containing the so called "fair use" doctrine with respect to intellectual property. Any cause of action with respect to this Agreement and your rights and obligations must be filed in the State of Delaware within one year after a cause of action arises, otherwise the cause shall be barred as provided by statute.
