Photographs may be reproduced and distributed without further permission from WebPortal, subject to the General Conditions above. If a recognizable person appears in a photograph, use for commercial purposes may infringe a right of privacy or publicity and permission should be obtained from the recognizable person.

AUDIO RECORDINGS:

Audiotape recordings are not protected by copyright unless noted. A cassette may be excerpted or reproduced and distributed, without further permission from WebPortal. However, use of a portion or segment of an audiotape, such as talent, narration or music, may infringe a right of publicity or copyright and permission should be obtained from the source.

VIDEO AND MOTION PICTURE RECORDINGS:

Videotape and motion picture recordings may be reproduced and distributed, without further permission from WebPortal. However, music or footage copyrighted by others, which is incorporated in a production, may not be used unless permission is obtained from the copyright owner. While in most instances using non-copyrighted segments is permitted, use for commercial purposes of a portion or segment containing talent or a recognizable person may infringe a right of publicity and permission should be obtained from the talent or recognizable person.

5. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. All text, graphic and photographic content displayed in this web site has been cleared for use, and is either owned by Web Portal Design Corp. or is displayed under the rights and privileges granted under fair use pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 107 containing the so called "fair use" doctrine with respect to intellectual property. Any cause of action with respect to this Agreement and your rights and obligations must be filed in the State of Delaware within one year after a cause of action arises, otherwise the cause shall be barred as provided by statute.
