Service: Delivery, Shipping, Returns,
Privacy Policy and Contact Information
Every
effort is made to insure that your order is processed quickly and accurately,
and that presentation products meet your exact specifications.
Product
Warrantees
All Presentations, Inc. products are covered by a manufacturer's
warranty. This warranty varies by manufacturer and covers any defects in materials
or components. In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, simply e-mail
us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
Delivery
Information
All delivery times specified at Presentations, Inc. are estimates
based on normal order fulfillment and shipping times. The times include business
days after receipt of a complete order and excludes weekends, holidays, and factory
closure days. On rare occasions there may be delays caused by out of stock materials,
inventory-taking, or temporary factory overload. Unless there is a delay, or we
need more information, orders received by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time for in-stock
materials will begin production the next business morning. Allow approximately
7-10 working days from the date your order is received.
Shipping
Method & Charges
For the fastest service possible, we ship products via UPS Ground
directly from the manufacturing facility located closest to you. However, if your
package is exceeds UPS limitations, we'll ship it via an alternative common freight
carrier, at an additional minimum cost to you.
Returns
and Exchanges
Since all Presentations, Inc. presentation products are special
ordered from the manufacturer, they are not returnable for any reason except
warranty repair or replacement. Please inspect each item of merchandise CAREFULLY
upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, please e-mail
us immediately. Be sure to include a description of the damage, your name,
telephone number, order date and invoice number.
Freight
Damage
Any claims for damage, must be reported to the delivering carrier
and Presentations, Inc. within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Make note of the condition
at the time it is received and call us.
Missing
Parts and Visual Defects
All obvious visual defects and missing items must be reported
within 30 days of shipping date. Any item(s) reported within this time frame will
be repaired or replaced, at our option, at no expense to you. Obvious visual defects
and missing items not reported within 30 days of shipping date do not qualify
for repair or replacement under product warranty, and will be repaired or replaced
at customers' expense.
Discontinued
Items
Presentations, Inc. has no control over products that are discontinued.
Since we are not able to determine in advance which products will be discontinued,
please be advised that items may be discontinued at any time without notice.
Order
Policy and Payment Options
All presentation products from Presentations, Inc. are custom
orders. Once your order is placed, you may purchase with Visa, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover.
Changes,
Cancellations and Refunds
It is very important that you are sure of your purchase decisions
prior to placing orders. Cancellations, changes and refunds can be made within
24 hours after the execution of the contract subject to the condition that our
manufacturer will allow the cancellation or change at no charge. If there are
any charges, you will be required to pay them.
Privacy
Policy
At
the same time that Presentations, Inc. is committed to bringing you information
tailored to your individual needs, we recognize the importance of protecting the
privacy of personally identifiable information collected about you.
A
user's personally identifiable information (e.g., name, e-mail address, credit
card account numbers) will not be used by Presentations, Inc. for any purposes
other than product purchases and related internal accounting transactions. Information
provided by you to us is maintained on a secured server at all times. This information
will not be sold or used by anyone other than Presentations, Inc.
Presentations,
Inc. does not collect personally identifying information about individuals, except
when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals.
Presentations,
Inc. does not place any "cookies" on the browser of a user's computer.
As a convenience to our customers, products places in the Shopping Cart by are
retained on the Presentations, Inc. server for easy retrieval for 30 days.
Except
as stated in this privacy policy or at the time of collection, user's personally
identifiable information, will not be transferred to a party outside Presentations,
Inc., its divisions its vendors providing internet hosting services or third party
list managers unless stated at the time of collection. We do not control the privacy
policies of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other sites to which
we provide hyperlinks.
